By accessing or using any Co-Write With AI website, purchasing a course, subscribing to our newsletter, or joining our community, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services. (We'll miss you, but we'll understand.)
These terms apply to all Co-Write With AI properties, including cowritewithai.com, get.cowritewithai.com, articles.cowritewithai.com, and any associated email communications.
When you purchase a course (such as Co-Write OS, Write OS, or Co-Operate OS), you're buying lifetime access to that course's digital content as it exists at the time of purchase, plus any future updates we choose to add. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not a philosophical concept. If we ever discontinue a course, we'll give you reasonable notice and ensure you can download or access the materials.
Course prices are listed on the sales page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes don't affect existing purchases. If you bought it at $99, it stays $99 for you regardless of what happens to the price later.
After purchase, you'll receive access details via email. Course content is delivered digitally. You're responsible for maintaining access to the email address you used at checkout, because that's how we deliver everything.
One purchase = one person. If you want team access, contact us and we'll work something out.
30-day refund guarantee on all courses.
If the course isn't what you expected, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No hoops. No "prove you did the work" requirements. No interrogation about why.
Refund requests after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but we're not obligated to grant them. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also need to run a business.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Free resources (like the Voiceprint Quick-Start System) are provided as-is. By downloading a free resource, you're opting into our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. The free resource is yours to keep regardless of your subscription status.
Our newsletter is published through Substack (articles.cowritewithai.com) and our email sequences are delivered through Encharge. By subscribing, you consent to receiving emails from us.
We send: newsletter issues, lead magnet follow-ups, course-related emails, and occasional marketing. We don't send: daily spam, emails from third parties, or anything we wouldn't want in our own inbox.
You can unsubscribe from any email list at any time. Substack and Encharge subscriptions are managed separately, so if you're on both, you may need to unsubscribe from each.

We don't guarantee specific outcomes like income, audience growth, or publishing results. Anyone who does is lying to you.
Our content is educational. It's not legal, financial, or business advice. We're teaching a writing methodology, not running your business for you. For decisions that require professional advice, consult an actual professional.
We use third-party platforms (FlexiFunnels, Substack, Encharge, Skool, Netlify) to deliver our services. We're not responsible for their uptime, security practices, or policy changes. We do our best to choose reliable partners, but we can't control what they do.
Our methodology involves using AI writing tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, and others). These tools are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms, capabilities, and limitations. We teach you how to use them effectively, but we don't control the tools themselves. AI capabilities and availability may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Co-Write With AI and Nick Quick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, courses, or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paraguay. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights, we'll notify active customers and subscribers via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
